Aspen Dental is hiring an Operations Manager to lead the dental office and support doctors in delivering high-quality care. The role includes a comprehensive ten-week training program to develop business and leadership skills, plus ongoing coaching to ensure smooth daily operations.

The position focuses on patient service, staff development, and profitability, with a strong emphasis on compliance and teamwork within a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• One year of managing a team of direct reports.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• People-centric leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the office in all office operations in support of doctors to build trust with patients.
• Participate in a ten-week training program to gain business and leadership knowledge.
• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in line with policies and regulations.
• Hire, develop, manage and retain office staff.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance payments and collections.
• Review monthly business results, manage profit and loss, and align sales plans to profitability.
• Lead daily huddles to set expectations and optimize patient experience.
