The role prepares you to independently run a PDS-supported dental office within 4–6 months through structured development and hands-on practice, under supervision. You will learn to manage staff, office operations and finances while delivering a high-quality patient experience.

The program emphasizes leadership, coaching, and ongoing professional development, with progression to a salaried manager role upon completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of operational management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance; license verified on hire.
• Requires travel to multiple offices daily with reliable transport.
• Alternate transport acceptable if no license.
• Travel may be planned or unplanned.

Responsibilities

• Model company culture, values and best practices.
• Hire, train and coach staff to ensure right-fit teams.
• Investigate and resolve staff and patient issues promptly.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model with the Owner Dentist.
• Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
• Manage expenses to hit monthly goals and budget.
• Ensure cash management and accounting protocol adherence.
• Lead team development to deliver Excellent Patient Experience.
• Communicate with supervisors; build trust through transparency.
• Develop office success plans and protocols for manager absences.
