Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance; motor vehicle record check at hire.
• Willingness to travel to multiple offices daily with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Model company culture and values; learn and promote best operational practices.
• Hire, train, supervise, counsel and coach staff for right-fit team composition.
• Investigate and resolve staff and patient issues with timely, logical solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model with consistency to meet office goals with Owner Dentist.
• Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
• Manage expenses to meet monthly goals and budget.
• Ensure cash management and accounting protocols are followed.
• Develop the Perfect Patient Experience through team development.
• Lead, coach, and mentor team members; identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain professional appearance and communication with supervisors.
• Understand People-related tools and resources for assessments, hiring, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and regulatory bodies.
• Report weekly to Regional Manager on accomplishments and performance goals.
• Demonstrate leadership and team development by end of the development program.
• Develop and implement an office success plan for efficient operations during manager absences.
• Perform other duties as assigned to improve team development outcomes.
