Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Dental Office Manager (Operations Manager) to lead our office operations, support doctors, and deliver exceptional patient service. You will undergo a ten-week training to gain business and leadership knowledge within our DSO framework.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, guiding treatment discussions with patients, managing insurance/payment processes, and driving profitability through data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year managing a team of direct reports (lead a team)
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• People-centric leader who motivates and inspires others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients of diverse ages/backgrounds
• Demonstrate analytical thinking; leverage data to inform decisions

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with policies and regulations
• Hire, develop, manage and retain the office staff
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance/payment
• Review monthly business results, manage profit and loss, align sales to business goals
• Lead daily huddles to set expectations and optimize patient experience and business performance
• Additional tasks as required
