Aspen Dental is seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager (Operations Manager) to lead the office operations and support doctors in delivering high-quality patient care. The role includes a ten-week training program to build business and leadership knowledge and to help you grow within the organization.

You will supervise staff, ensure compliance with policies, oversee patient service, and drive profitability through effective planning and daily huddles.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical thinking and ability to leverage data.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care per policies and regulations.
• Hire, develop, manage and retain the office staff.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance payments.
• Review monthly business results, manage profit and loss, and drive profitability.
• Prepare and lead daily huddles to align expectations and performance.
• Additional tasks as required.
