Aspen Dental is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the dental office, oversee day-to-day operations, and support doctors in delivering excellent patient care. The role includes a comprehensive ten-week training to build business and leadership capabilities and drive clinic success.

You will hire and mentor staff, ensure compliance with policies, review financial results, and develop strategies to improve profitability while maintaining top-tier patient service in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• One year of direct team management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the office operations in support of doctors to build trust and loyalty with patients.
• Participate in a ten-week training program to gain business and leadership knowledge.
• Hire, develop, manage and retain the office staff.
• Consult with patients on treatment options, verify insurance payments and ensure high quality of care.
• Review monthly business results and manage profit and loss; align sales to goals to increase profitability.
• Prepare and lead daily huddles with the team to optimize patient experience and performance.
• Additional tasks as required.
