You will participate in an eight-week training program, review daily data to improve scheduling and billing, verify insurance payments, and work with the Manager to guide the non-clinical staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical thinking; organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care.
• Supervise and reinforce daily tasks of the non-clinical team under the Manager.
• Oversee scheduling and confirm patient appointments.
