Aspen Dental Group in West Allis, WI is seeking an Assistant Dental Office Manager to join our front office team. This full-time role, called Operations Lead at Aspen Dental, includes an eight-week training program and opportunities to grow within a world-class dental service organization.

You’ll provide superior patient service, coordinate scheduling, verify insurance, and support the non-clinical team under the Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care.
• Collaborate with dental team to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Explain treatment options and verify insurance payments.
• Under the direction of the Manager, supervise daily non-clinical tasks.
• Review daily data to assess practice impact.
• Manage scheduling and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify insurance payments, collect balances, and process deposits.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
