Job summary

Bedi Dental Group is seeking a highly skilled Dental Office Manager to join our established practice in North Andover, MA. The ideal candidate will manage staff, scheduling, training, billing and insurance processes while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dental office is required.
• 2+ years in a managerial role with personnel management and scheduling.
• Experience with payroll and billing processes.
• Proficient computer skills for insurance claims processing and records management.
• Knowledge of EagleSoft and/or Dentrix is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, billing, and project management.
• Ensure the schedule is booked and confirmed per office protocol.
• Coordinate and oversee marketing and referral efforts.
• Analyze financial data to improve morale, efficiency and performance.
• Support financial performance and revenue goals while maintaining a positive culture.
• Provide direct leadership to achieve success and mentor team members.
• On-board new hires and assist with patient and team issues.
