Aspen Dental is seeking an Assistant Dental Office Manager (Operations Lead) to oversee daily front-office operations and patient interactions at our Saint Charles, MO practice. You will participate in an eight-week training program to build leadership in a fast-paced dental service organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
• Consult with patients on treatment options provided by clinical team, verifying insurance payment and collection ensuring high quality of care.
• Under the direction of the Manager, supervise and reinforce the daily tasks and priorities of the non-clinical team.
