Aspen Dental is seeking an Assistant Dental Office Manager, an Operations Lead, to join our team in the United States. You will report to the Manager and handle daily front office tasks while helping build trust with patients.

Responsabilités

• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance payments.
• Supervise and reinforce daily tasks of non-clinical team under Manager.
• Review daily data to evaluate impact on the practice.
• Oversee scheduling and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify insurance payments, collections, and deposits.
