Aspen Dental is seeking an Assistant Dental Office Manager to lead front office operations at our Goodyear, AZ practice. You will report to the Office Manager and coordinate patient scheduling, insurance verification, and daily non-clinical tasks, ensuring a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of the Manager, supervise daily non-clinical team tasks.
• Review daily data to evaluate practice impact and efficiency.
• Oversee scheduling and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify insurance payments, collections, and deposits.
