Job summary

Aspen Dental in Prescott Valley, AZ, seeks an Assistant Dental Office Manager (Operations Lead) to oversee front-office tasks and overall patient experience. You will report to the Manager and participate in an eight-week training program to succeed in your role.

You will supervise non-clinical staff, verify insurance and payments, and help schedule appointments while supporting a collaborative dental team in a welcoming practice environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
• Consult with patients on treatment options provided by clinical team, verifying insurance payment and collection ensuring high quality of care.
• Under the direction of the Manager, supervise and reinforce the daily tasks and priorities of the non-clinical team.
• Review data day to day to evaluate the impact on the practice.
• Oversee scheduling and confirming patient appointments.
• Verify insurance payment, collection, balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks assigned by the Manager.

Education
