Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Assistant Dental Office Manager, an Operations Lead who will report to the Manager and handle daily front office duties to create positive patient impressions. You will participate in an eight-week training program to prepare you for success in this role.

The position includes supervising non-clinical staff, scheduling, insurance verification and patient communications to ensure high quality care and a smooth practice operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical thinking with data usage.
• Organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service and care coordination in line with policies.
• Collaborate with dental team to ensure exceptional patient care.
• Consult with patients on treatment options; verify insurance and payments.
• Supervise daily non-clinical tasks under the Manager.
• Review daily data to evaluate practice impact.
• Oversee scheduling and appointment confirmations.
• Verify insurance payments, collections, deposits and card processing.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
