Responsibilities

• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance payments.
• Under Manager direction, supervise non-clinical staff and daily tasks.
• Review daily data to evaluate practice impact and performance.
• Oversee scheduling and confirm patient appointments; process payments.
• Handle deposits and credit card processing; perform other tasks as needed.
