Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Assistant Dental Office Manager to join our team as an Operations Lead in a full-time role. You will report to the Manager and perform daily front-office duties, helping create lasting impressions and build patient trust.

Successful candidates will participate in an eight-week training program and support a collaborative dental team while upholding policies, procedures, and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service or healthcare administration is a plus.
• Ability to supervise a non-clinical team and coordinate front-office tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care.
• Supervise daily front-office tasks under the Manager.
• Counsel patients on treatment options and verify insurance payments.
• Oversee scheduling and appointment confirmations.
• Monitor daily data to evaluate impact on the practice.
• Process deposits, payments, and credit card transactions.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
