Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care.
• Collaborate with dental team to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Explain treatment options and verify insurance payments and collections.
• Supervise daily tasks of non-clinical staff under Manager guidance.
• Review daily data to assess practice impact.
• Oversee scheduling and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify payments, deposits, and credit card processing.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
