Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or healthcare management is preferred.
  • Experience in dental office operations, scheduling, billing and compliance.
  • 3+ years in dental office management with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Dental Software (Open Dental/Dentrix) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily business operations including staffing, scheduling, and inventory.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Lead budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and patient care standards.
  • Manage patient relationships and collaborate with dental team to streamline workflows.
  • Handle HR tasks such as recruitment, training, and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Handle HR-related tasks such as recruitment, training, performance reviews, and employee development.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (preferred).
  • Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in dental office management.
  • Strong understanding of dental practice operations, including scheduling, billing, insurance, and compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead teams with confidence.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Dental Software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in Medicaid Billing
  • Proficiency with Open Dental and/or Dentrix practice management system.
