  • Oversee daily operation to ensure smooth patient flow and efficiency of the office environment.
  • Hold each team member accountable for their roles while fostering a collaborative and friendly work culture.
  • Ensure adherence to all dental office protocols and compliance with state and federal regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Dental Office Manager, demonstrating a successful track record in managing dental office operations.
  • Strong financial acumen is essential, with proven competency in presenting financial arrangements to patients, managing accounts receivable, navigating insurance aging reports, and overseeing treatment-related finances.
  • Goal-oriented individual who has consistently met or surpassed office and team objectives.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities with robust communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with both staff and patients.
  • Proficient in dental office software systems, with a preference for experience in Dentrix.
  • Excellent command of both English and Spanish to cater to a diverse patient base.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive, approachable attitude while ensuring team accountability.
  • Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple tasks seamlessly in a busy environment.
  • Insurance knowledge of PPO, Medicare and Medicaid plans
