The candidate should have 5+ years in dental office management, be proficient with Dentrix and Weave, and demonstrate excellent communication and HIPAA compliance.

As part of a regional team, you will drive financial, clinical and quality goals while ensuring a five‑star patient experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dental office management experience.
• Strong knowledge of front/back office policies.
• Excellent communication skills and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monthly reporting and budgeting.
• Manage A/R and billing operations.
• Oversee scheduling, appointment flow and treatment presentation.
• Supervise front desk, assistants and hygienists; ensure patient satisfaction.
