Kirkland Dental Smile in Kirkland, WA is seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to serve as the operational backbone of the practice, partnering with two doctors and the clinical team to oversee front office workflows, scheduling, and patient financial arrangements.

You will optimize provider productivity, present transparent treatment plans, manage insurance claims, and ensure a high-touch patient experience in a modern, multi-provider setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of dental office management experience.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and PPO/insurance claims processing.
• Experience with dental software (Dentrix, Open Dental, or Eaglesoft).
• Ability to manage front office operations in a multi-doctor practice.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily administrative workflows and staff scheduling.
• Present treatment plans with transparent pricing and coordinate patient financial arrangements.
• Manage insurance claims and accounts receivable.
• Optimize provider schedules for two doctors and two hygienists.
• Maintain high patient satisfaction through strong front-office leadership.
