Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of dental office management or practice leadership experience (required).
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, PPO/insurance claims processing, treatment plan presentation, and dental software.
• Proven ability to manage front office operations in a multi-doctor setting.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative workflows and staff scheduling.
• Present treatment plans with transparent pricing and manage patient financial arrangements.
• Optimize provider schedules across 2 doctors and 2 hygienists to hit daily targets.
• Maintain high patient satisfaction by resolving scheduling and billing inquiries.
• Support team development and a positive workplace culture.
