As the leader, you will manage a support team and champion initiatives such as Adit, Recallmax, Aging, and Abella, ensuring a superior patient experience and smooth financial operations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of dental office management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• HIPAA/HITECH Act knowledge

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior patient experience.
• Educate patients about insurance benefits and financing.
• Schedule to clinical needs and verify coverage.
• Collect co-payments and process payments.
• Balance deposits and record receipts.
• Follow up with patients between visits.
• Support recall and company initiatives.
