You will coach teams, improve performance metrics, and collaborate with regional leadership to ensure efficient patient flow and compliance across offices. The role emphasizes leadership, analytical thinking, and exceptional communication in a dynamic dental environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Dental office management or healthcare administration experience preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Analytical mindset with ability to assess operations and finances.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and supervise front and back-office staff to ensure excellent patient experiences and compliance.
• Collaborate with Regional Management, Call Center, Marketing, HR, Recruiting and other departments to optimize staffing and patient flow.
• Schedule staff, patients, and doctors efficiently to maintain high productivity.
• Hire, train, and develop dental staff to meet service standards.
• Oversee OSHA, HIPAA, and HR policy compliance across offices.
• Lead with dentists, hygienists, and support staff to promote clinical and administrative excellence.
