• Experience with dental insurance, billing, scheduling, and AR.

Responsabilidades

• Overseeing daily front office operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
• Manage doctor and hygiene schedules and optimize appointments.
• Support practice growth, production goals, and efficiency.
• Lead front office team with professionalism and positivity.
• Coordinate communication, accountability, and workflow.
• Deliver an outstanding patient experience from first contact to completion.
• Verify insurance, explain benefits, and coordinate payments.
• Review estimates, patient responsibility, and payment plans.
• Manage claims, denials, appeals, and accounts receivable.
• Post insurance and patient payments accurately and timely.
• Monitor patient balances and collections follow-up.
• Support systems, policies, and practice organization.
• Monitor timekeeping and clock records for staff.
• Collaborate with Dr. Thompson and clinical team on goals.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented office culture.
