Are you a confident, people-focused dental professional who thrives on leading teams, building strong relationships, and driving a high-performing office culture? Do you have the ability to inspire others, solve problems quickly, and ensure both patients and team members have an exceptional experience every day?

We’re looking for an Office Manager who is ready to lead from the front; someone who can coach a team, keep operations running smoothly, and help our office consistently achieve its goals.

At Morton Dental Group, we do dentistry differently. Our mission is simple but powerful: to deliver premier, relationship-driven dentistry while creating meaningful careers for our team. Our vision is setting a new standard for private practice across Middle Tennessee. We are a team of compassionate, goal-oriented individuals who support one another and celebrate growth. Joining our group isn’t just taking a job… you’re stepping into a community that wants to see you thrive, succeed, and build a career you’re proud of.

Our office is beautifully modern, high-tech, and designed with comfort in mind, not just for our patients, but for our team as well. As the Office Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our office culture stays positive, our team stays aligned, and our patients receive the exceptional care they expect.

What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and support the front office and clinical team to create a positive, high-performing workplace
  • Ensure the office runs efficiently while maintaining an outstanding patient experience
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to keep the practice on track to meet production and growth goals
  • Support team members through guidance, accountability, and professional development
  • Maintain smooth scheduling, patient flow, and communication between clinical and administrative teams
  • Help patients understand treatment recommendations and feel confident moving forward with care
  • Handle problem-solving, patient concerns, and team challenges with professionalism and confidence
  • Maintain strong organization, reporting, and operational systems that keep the office running successfully
Who We're Looking For
  • A natural leader who enjoys motivating and guiding a team
  • Someone who can create structure, accountability, and positive momentum in the office
  • 2+ years of dental office experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills with both patients and team members
  • Comfortable discussing treatment, finances, and patient needs with confidence
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for helping others succeed
What You'll Love About Us
  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Real opportunities for leadership growth and career advancement within a growing dental group
  • Direct mentorship from experienced leaders in the industry
  • A modern, beautifully designed office environment
  • A supportive team culture built on respect, positivity, and collaboration
  • The chance to help shape the future of a fast-growing dental organization
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of dental documentation, scheduling, and insurance processes
  • Experience with dental practice management software (OpenDental or CareStack preferred)
  • Strong administrative, leadership, and interpersonal skills
