Qualifications

• Minimum of one year leading a team of direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and adherence to policies and regulations.
• Hire, develop, manage and retain office staff.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance/payment, ensuring quality care.
• Review monthly business results and manage profit and loss; align sales to goals.
• Lead daily huddles to set expectations and improve patient experience and performance.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
