Job summary

Aspen Dental, a world-class dental service organization, seeks a Dental Office Manager (Operations Manager) to lead the office operations, support doctors, and build trust with patients. You’ll participate in a ten-week training program to grow your business and leadership skills.

Provide superior patient service with compassion, hire and develop staff, discuss treatment options and verify insurance, review monthly results, and drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year managing a team of direct reports.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• People-centric leader who motivates and inspires others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Demonstrate analytical thinking; place a premium on leveraging data.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion according to policies and regulations.
• Hire, develop, manage and retain the office staff.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance.
• Review monthly business results and manage profit and loss to drive profitability.
• Lead daily huddles to align team and optimize patient experience and business performance.
• Additional tasks as required.
