Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of direct reports.
• Education: high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• People-centric leadership with strong communication.
• Ability to analyze data and leverage it to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Hire, develop, manage and retain the office staff.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance payments.
• Review monthly business results and manage profit and loss; align sales to goals.
• Prepare and lead daily huddles to align team and optimize patient experience.
• Additional tasks as required.
