Aspen Dental is seeking a Dental Office Manager to lead the office operations, support doctors, and build trust with patients through strong leadership and service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of managing a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Ability to explain treatment options and verify insurance with patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs and policies.
• Hire, develop, manage and retain the office staff.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance payment to ensure high quality of care.
• Review monthly business results, manage profit and loss, and align sales plans to increase profitability.
• Prepare and lead daily huddles with the team to align expectations and optimize patient experience.
