Job summary

Bedi Dental Group is seeking a highly organized Patient Care Coordinator for our Colchester, VT practice. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and a can-do attitude to multitask in a fast-paced environment, serving as concierge for the office and patient care experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dental office is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Working knowledge of computers and basic software.
• Eaglesoft and/or Dentrix knowledge is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients at the front desk and addressing concerns with empathy.
• Excellent phone skills and handling multiple calls while managing front desk duties.
• Booking and managing a live document schedule to maximize daily appointments.
• Verifying patient insurance options and converge.
• Consulting with patients on treatment plans and collecting co-payments.
• Reliability and accountability for personal schedule and time management.
• Maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at the front desk.
• Maintaining a positive attitude with patients and staff.
• Ability to work independently.
