Bedi Dental Group is seeking a highly organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. The role focuses on front-desk concierge duties, patient reception, and supporting providers with a friendly, professional demeanor.

The ideal candidate excels at managing calls, scheduling, verifying insurance, and guiding patients through treatment plans while collecting co-pays. Strong computer skills and dental software familiarity are preferred.

Qualificações

• Experience in a dental office preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Proficiency with computers for word processing and records management; knowledge of dental software.
• Eaglesoft and/or Dentrix knowledge a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Excellent phone skills, ability to handle multiple calls at once while managing front desk duties.
• Booking and managing a live -document schedule to maximize daily appointments and office productivity.

• Reliability and accountability for personal schedule and time management.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, friendly and professional demeanor and a positive attitude. We welcome Patient Care Coordinators who can multitask in a faster-paced work environment and presenting as concierge for the office and patient care experience.
