Heartland Dental is seeking a Dental Office Assistant for our Cincinnati Dental Services - W Chester - Tylers Corner office. The role supports fast-paced front office activities, focusing on patient welcome, scheduling, and insurance coordination to ensure smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate has dental experience, strong communication, and is committed to protecting patient information while contributing to a collaborative team that values patient-first care.

Competenze

• Experience in a fast-paced patient-facing environment.
• Clear communication with patients and staff.
• Protect PHI and follow HIPAA training requirements.

Mansioni

• Greet and welcome patients to create a positive first impression.
• Manage front office duties: answer phones, mail, email, and correspondence with patients and insurances.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records management.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers.
• File insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims; verify benefits and coverage.
• Post insurance and patient payments; process accounts receivable.
• Explain treatment plan fees and payment options to patients.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems to optimize office efficiency.
