Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to create a positive first impression.
• Manage front-office duties: phones, mail, email, and communications with patients and insurers.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and patient records.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers.
• File insurance claims and follow up on payments and benefits.
• Post payments and process accounts receivable; discuss treatment plan fees with patients.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems.
