The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and HIPAA compliance, with training provided to use Dentrix and Heartland Dental systems across the office.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to create a great first impression.
• Handle front office duties: phones, mail, emails, and outreach to patients/insurers.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers.
• Process insurance claims and follow up on benefits.
• Post patient payments and manage accounts receivable.
• Review treatment plan fees and discuss payment options.
• Support providers to implement Heartland Dental systems.
