Job summary

Bravere is seeking a Financial / M&A Analyst to support financial performance and growth across the dental industry. This hybrid role focuses on financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and practice-level performance, as well as M&A activities throughout the lifecycle.

The analyst will evaluate acquisition opportunities, build models, develop dashboards, and partner with operations to optimize staffing, production, and collections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
• 2–4 years of financial analysis or FP&A experience.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and generate insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance across individual dental practices and the broader organization.
• Prepare and maintain monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
• Analyze revenue, production, collections, expenses, EBITDA, cash flow, and operating margins.
• Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, prior periods, and acquisition underwriting.
• Identify trends and financial opportunities or risks within individual practices.
• Analyze key operational metrics and their impact on financial performance.
• Assist leadership in understanding the financial drivers of practice performance.
• Partner with operations and other cross-functional teams to evaluate staffing, provider compensation, production, collections, and other operational initiatives.
