Bravere is seeking a Financial / M&A Analyst to join our growing dental practice network. You will analyze practice-level performance, build financial models, and support both forecasting and M&A activities to drive sustainable growth.

The role combines finance, operations and transaction analysis, requiring strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership and board review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and performance metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance across dental practices and the organization.
• Prepare and maintain monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
• Analyze revenue, production, cash flow, and margins.
• Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and underwriting.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Assist in evaluating acquisition opportunities and post-close performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess staffing and operational initiatives.
