Straumann Group is seeking a Business Development Manager for North America to lead the Digital Solutions and Lab Services expansion. You will partner with field sales, marketing, and education teams to drive revenue, build strategic alliances, and foster digital adoption across Dental Labs.

The role requires 5+ years in sales/business development in dental technology, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 5+ years Sales, Business Development and/or Digital Dental Technology.
• 3+ years Dental industry work experience.

• Hit area financial targets for Lab & Digital Solutions.
• Promote and close opportunities for 3D printers and digital lab solutions.
• Engage Sales team to present, qualify and close large opportunities.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing and training teams on go-to-market.
• Maintain lead pipeline and coordinate with field teams.
