Straumann Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the Digital Solutions sales function in North America. You will collaborate with senior leadership, drive market penetration, and develop new digital lab opportunities across the Dental Lab space.

You will partner with field teams, coach digital sales specialists, and support education content, go-to-market execution, and distributor partnerships to ensure customer success and growth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 5+ years Sales, Business Development and/or Digital Dental Technology.
• 3+ years Dental industry work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage area financial targets for Implant Brand Area Lab & Digital.
• Promote and qualify opportunities, help close sales in Dental Labs and 3D printing.
• Drive field engagement, collaboration and 3D printing opportunities.
• Lead digital solutions projects with internal teams, partners and customers.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Digital BDM teams to ensure education and post-sale success.
• Provide input on product demos, events and sales tools to support BD activities.
• Coach DSS and regional teams to identify large digital opportunities.
