Straumann Group is seeking a Business Development Manager in the Los Angeles area to drive growth for Digital Solutions in Dental Labs. You will work with field sales teams and digital specialists to promote innovative digital workflows, educate customers, and build distributor partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of Sales, Business Development and/or Digital Dental Technology.
• 3+ years’ experience in the dental industry.

Responsibilities

• Owns area financial targets for the Straumann Group Implant Brands Area Lab & Digital Success.
• Drive field engagement and collaboration with sales teams to propel digital adoption.
• Promote and close opportunities in major digital and lab product lines.
• Partner with Digital Marketing to execute go‑to‑market strategies and education.
• Coordinate with regional leadership to ensure consistent information flow and performance.
