Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking a Digital Solutions Specialist to drive digital workflows and cross-brand portfolio adoption. The role emphasizes consultative selling, regional leadership, and collaboration with CCS and Sales to deliver end-to-end digital solutions for clinicians and strategic accounts.

Responsibilities include regional demonstrations, event execution, and building a sustainable sales pipeline while aligning with company policies and KPIs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3+ years of sales experience in high-growth corporate markets.
• Must possess a valid, unencumbered Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales goals in an assigned region through effective selling of company products.
• Drive new leads, develop a strong sales pipeline, and increase market penetration with the local team.
• Co-travel with Territory Manager team to drive opportunities in the region.
• Conduct product demonstrations in the region – live or virtual.
• Plan sales activity to meet monthly/annual goals.
• Provide strategic business support to customers, including efficiency and revenue growth.
