Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking a Digital Solutions Specialist to support cross-brand digital workflows and drive end-to-end solutions in a defined region. You will partner with CCS and Sales teams to deliver cross-brand opportunities and premium customer experiences.

The role requires travel (0–80%), a strong sales track record, and the ability to coach others on digital solutions. Base salary plus commission is offered for top performers in the Naperville area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in high-growth corporate markets.
• Must possess a valid, unencumbered Driver’s License.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CAD and planning software proficiency are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales goals in an assigned region.
• Drive new leads and develop a strong sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with local teams to drive opportunities and deliver end-to-end digital workflows.
