Zusammenfassung

Komet USA, LLC. is seeking a District Manager to sell dental rotary and endodontic instruments directly to dental professionals in the New York area.

You will manage an assigned territory, identify opportunities, and execute strategic sales plans in coordination with specialty reps and national account managers. You will travel up to 60% overnights, coordinate trade shows and training, and maintain CRM records while driving growth and maintaining strong relationships with schools, government

Qualifikationen

• Two years of successful sales experience required.
• Undergraduate degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university required.
• Proficiency with CRM or web-based training tools and Microsoft products.

Aufgaben

• Attain/exceed budgeted sales goals within allocated territory.
• Develop and monitor a sales business plan using data-driven segmentation.
• Co-travel with specialty reps, regional managers and corporate teams.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge for all Komet products.
• Coordinate, set up, and host trade shows, seminars, and clinical meetings.
• Lead sales meetings and product training with dental schools and facilities.
• Track customer visits and key accounts in CRM with accurate data.
• Ensure positive employee relations and adherence to company policies.
• Coordinate territory needs with internal sales reps.
• Keep up with market trends and report findings.
• Collaborate on marketing programs with Sales/Marketing managers.
• Coordinate significant product returns and complaints with customer service.
• Fulfill other responsibilities as needed.
