Job summary

Hiossen is seeking a Territory Representative to drive sales growth across a defined U.S. territory, including Maryland. After training, you will visit customers to promote products, relay new information, and collect feedback.

Responsibilities include daily outreach, six office visits per day, and building strong relationships. Travel within territory is required; weekend events are part of the role. Competitive benefits accompany base salary and commissions.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of successful experience as a direct sales representative.
• Prior experience in the dental implant or medical devices field is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a territory of similar size and scope.
• Completion of formalized sales training course(s) preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and cultivate new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth and increase market share of Hiossen products.
• Execute daily outbound calls, client visits, and follow-up activities to meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic sales activity plans tailored to maximize results within your assigned territory.
• Conduct in-person visits to a minimum of six dental offices each day to build relationships and support customer needs.
• Deliver exceptional service to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and ensure ongoing loyalty.
• Support branch sales initiatives by maintaining high standards of service quality and identifying cross selling opportunities.
• Actively recruit dentists and dental professionals for Hiossen educational seminars to ensure robust attendance and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal departments to assist with collection of outstanding accounts receivables.
• Participate in Hiossen’s product training programs to gain expertise in offerings and sales procedures.
• Attend weekend AIC courses, trade shows, dental exhibitions, and other events; weekend availability is expected.
