Job summary

Hiossen is seeking a Territory Representative in the Baltimore, MD area to drive sales, grow the dental implant business, and cultivate relationships with current partners while developing new accounts. After completing our product and territory training, you will visit assigned customers regularly to promote products and gather feedback.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of successful experience as a direct sales representative.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and cultivate new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth and market share for Hiossen products.
• Execute daily outbound calls, client visits, and follow-up activities to meet sales quotas.
• Develop and implement strategic sales activity plans for the territory.
• Conduct in-person visits to dental offices to build relationships and support customer needs.
• Deliver exceptional service to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support branch sales initiatives by maintaining service quality and cross-selling opportunities.
• Actively recruit dentists and dental professionals for Hiossen educational seminars.
