Job summary

Hiossen is seeking a Territory Representative to grow our dental implant business in a defined NJ territory. You will visit dental offices, promote products, share new product information, and collect feedback on services.

After completing training, you will travel within your region to build relationships and drive revenue. Responsibilities include outbound calls, client visits, and developing strategic plans to hit sales quotas, with weekend events and seminars to recruit dental professionals.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of successful experience as a direct sales representative.
• Prior experience in the dental implant or medical devices field is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must have the ability to travel within your assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and cultivate new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth and increase market share of Hiossen products.
• Execute daily outbound calls, client visits, and follow-up activities to meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic sales activity plans tailored to maximize results within your assigned territory.
• Conduct in-person visits to a minimum of six dental offices each day to build strong relationships and support customer needs.
• Deliver exceptional service to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and ensure ongoing customer loyalty.
• Support branch sales initiatives by maintaining high standards of service quality and identifying cross selling opportunities.
• Actively recruit dentists and dental professionals for Hiossen educational seminars, ensuring robust attendance and engagement.
