Straumann Group's Neodent brand is seeking a Territory Manager to drive defined Colorado territory sales, nurturing existing accounts and pursuing new opportunities with dental professionals. Strong collaboration with marketing and clinical teams will be essential.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of sales experience, plus a valid driver’s license and strong communication. Base salary is $75,000–$82,500 with commission potential up to $55,000–$60,000; vehicle reimbursement and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of sales experience in high-growth corporate markets.
• Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and ability to maintain auto insurance.
• Experience in medical device or dental industry (preferred).
• Prior sales experience with clinicians as the principal point of contact (preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (preferred).
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently (preferred).
• Proficiency in consultative selling and using Challenger-like techniques (preferred).
• General computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Drive profitable sales growth and maximize revenue within your territory.
• Nurture and expand existing accounts while identifying new opportunities.
• Act as a strategic partner to dental professionals to help them achieve growth goals.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Market Communications for launches and objectives.
• Engage via educational events and study clubs to build relationships and drive sales.
