Affordable Dentures & Implants in Columbus, GA is seeking a compassionate Dental Assistant to join our fast-paced practice. You’ll provide chairside support during denture procedures, implants, oral surgery, and removable prosthetics, while ensuring excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Dental Assistant and X-ray certification (where required by state).
• Strong communication and patient service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver chairside support and create a welcoming patient experience from check-in through treatment.
• Prepare operatories, instruments, equipment, and materials before each appointment.
• Assist dentists during denture procedures, implants, oral surgery, extractions, and prosthetic treatments.
• Take and assist with alginate denture impressions, select impression trays, and prepare wax bites.
• Assist with denture insertions, adjustments, relines, and repairs as permitted by state law.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, denture options, implant procedures, and home care instructions.
