Affordable Dentures & Implants in Missouri is seeking a compassionate Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. You will provide top-notch chairside support during denture procedures, implants, and prosthetic treatments while ensuring patient comfort and safety.

You will prepare operatories, take dental impressions, assist with X-rays, and help educate patients on treatment options and aftercare. A fast-paced, team-focused environment awaits with opportunities for growth and continued training.

Qualifications

• Missouri EFDA certification is required in addition to X-ray certification.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong communication and patient service skills are essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Commitment to teamwork and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside support and ensure a welcoming patient experience from check-in to treatment.
• Prepare operatories, instruments, and materials for each patient appointment.
• Assist dentists during denture procedures, implants, extractions, and prosthetic treatments.
• Take alginate denture impressions and wax bites under instructor direction.
• Support denture insertions, relines, repairs, and other permitted duties.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and home care instructions.
• Document patient medical histories and clinical notes accurately.
• Take dental X-rays in accordance with state requirements.
• Maintain infection control and sterilization standards.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
• Support daily office operations and keep a clean clinical environment.
