Job summary

Affordable Dentures & Implants is seeking a compassionate, skilled Dental Assistant to join our growing team. You will support dentists in dentures, implants, prosthodontics, and oral surgery in a fast-paced clinical setting.

You will prepare operatories, assist with denture procedures, impressions, and radiographs, and educate patients on care and treatment options. Training and ongoing professional growth are encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Dental Assistant and X-ray certification required where state law requires.
• Strong communication and patient service skills are essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional chairside support and ensure a welcoming patient experience from check-in through treatment.
• Prepare operatories, instruments, equipment, and materials before each patient appointment.
• Assist dentists during dentures, implants, oral surgery, extractions and prosthetic treatments.
• Take and assist with denture impressions and wax bites under dentist direction.
• Assist with denture insertions, adjustments, relines, repairs and other duties permitted by state law.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, denture options, implant procedures, post-op care and home care.
